We love this Lark & Linen boozy float recipe, a favorite inspired by her childhood.Ingredients2 cups Blackberries1/2 cup Sugar1/4 cup Water4 cups Club SodaVanilla Ice CreamGin (or vanilla vodka)Rosemary and extra blackberries, for garnishIn a large saucepan, bring berries, sugar and water to a boil, stirring occasionally. Let cook for 10-15 minutes until juices are released. Press through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl and let cool completely. Mix the blackberry syrup with the club soda. Place one scoop of vanilla ice cream into a glass, then pour your liquor of choice over top of your ice cream, top with blackberry soda and garnish with rosemary and an additional berry!Serves 4.
