Blackberry Vanilla Cocktail Float

We love this Lark & Linen boozy float recipe, a favorite inspired by her childhood.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Blackberries
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 4 cups Club Soda
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Gin (or vanilla vodka)
  • Rosemary and extra blackberries, for garnish

In a large saucepan, bring berries, sugar and water to a boil, stirring occasionally. Let cook for 10-15 minutes until juices are released. Press through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl and let cool completely. Mix the blackberry syrup with the club soda.

Place one scoop of vanilla ice cream into a glass, then pour your liquor of choice over top of your ice cream, top with blackberry soda and garnish with rosemary and an additional berry!

Serves 4.

Thanks, Lark & Linen!
