Parvati - Believed to be Parvati, wife of Lord Shiva, the destroyer, and the mother of Ganesh, remover of obstacles. She is depicted with green gown and shawl of flowers. She has four arms and two hold a single red lotus each. The other two hand symbolize the mudras for protection and bestowing of favors. She is standing upon a red lotus flower. Handmade Clay Deity - circa 1940. Minimal paint chipping.
